Caroline Certo has worked in the marketing and client success fields for the past four years. In 2020, they began working as a Senior Client Success Associate for Obviously and a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for Burnt Orange Restaurant Group. In 2019, they were a Marketing Intern at The University of Alabama. In 2016, they began their career as a Social Media and Marketing Intern at Burnt Orange Restaurant Group.

Caroline Certo attended Shady Side Academy from 2012 to 2016 before receiving their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama in 2020.
