Stanley Packard has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Stanley initially served as a U.S. Marine for the United States Marine Corps from 1981 to 2008, holding various roles such as Infantry Officer, Basic Foreign Area Officer (Asia-Southeast Asia), and Naval and Marine Attache' (Hanoi, Vietnam). During this time, they traveled extensively for business purposes, visiting 34 countries in Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

Following their military service, Stanley worked as a Technical Team Lead at Skylla Engineering from June 2008 to January 2009. Stanley then transitioned to COmputing TechnologieS, Inc. where they served as an Asia Pacific Regional SME / Desk Officer from January 2009 to June 2013. Subsequently, they joined Davis Defense Group, Inc. as an Asia Pacific Regional SME / Desk Officer / Corporate Site Lead, holding the position from July 2013 to May 2016.

In 2017, Stanley pursued a graduate degree at Webster University, serving as a Graduate Student from May 2017 to December 2017. Shortly after, they joined PESystems, Inc. as a Munitions Export Licensing Analyst in August 2017, until September 2018.

Currently, Stanley is working at OBXtek as a Munitions Export Licensing Analyst, starting in September 2018.

Stanley Packard's education history begins with their high school diploma from Dundee Community High School, which they obtained from 1972 to 1976. Following this, they attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1976 to 1978 but did not receive a degree there. In 1979, they enrolled in Illinois State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Business, in 1981. Stanley pursued further studies at the Naval Postgraduate School, focusing on National Security Affairs in Asia Southeast Asia from 1987 to 1998. In 1998, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center for Vietnamese Language studies. Lastly, in 2017-2018, they enrolled at Webster University, specializing in Government Contracting and Acquisitions.
