Carol Ann Miles

Carol Ann Miles is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Oerlikon, a Swiss company specializing in innovative industrial solutions across various sectors. Since February 2017, Carol Ann has led a global talent acquisition team, developing recruitment strategies and managing a skilled team of recruiters in EMEA. Prior to Oerlikon, Carol Ann served as Human Resources Manager at Morgan Stanley and held roles in executive search and administrative assistance at other organizations. Carol Ann holds a Bachelor Professional of Human Resources Management from IHK Frankfurt.
