Leah Tsao

Leah Tsao serves as the President of the San Diego Chapter and National Nominations Committee at OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates. With a background in research and project assistance, Leah has been involved in supporting data reporting needs and developing culturally sensitive surveys at San Diego Mesa College. Leah has also worked in various data analyst and consultant roles at organizations such as the International Rescue Committee and Sears Financial Holdings Corp. Leah's educational background includes a BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
