Chris Dabrowski

Chris Dabrowski has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Chris currently works at Ocado Technology as the Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for overseeing the company's transformation initiatives. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Ocado Technology, where they had responsibilities for multiple departments and was a member of the Management Board.

Before joining Ocado Technology, Chris worked at Yahoo! as the Senior Director and later as the Director of Service Engineering. In these roles, they managed a global organization and developed strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.

Chris also held the position of Head of Operations at Digital Rum, where they led teams responsible for technical and IT infrastructure. Additionally, they were the Head of IT at Xtempus, where they managed internal, external, and security services.

Chris started their career as an Operations Manager at Talkcast Corporation Plc, overseeing all internal, external, and security services. Chris then served as a Systems Administration Manager at Thus PLC and a Team Leader of Backend Services at Demon Internet, where they were responsible for maintaining high availability services and implementing resilient solutions.

Before entering the professional world, Chris worked as a Layout Artist for the Epigram - University of Bristol Student Newspaper, where they composed the newspaper and worked in a team to meet strict deadlines.

Chris Dabrowski attended Latymer Upper School from 1983 to 1991. Chris then pursued a BSc in Physics at the University of Bristol from 1991 to 1994.
