Michał Kopacz

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the founder and owner of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, CTO at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has also contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO of Share&Charge and as an advisor for various organizations, including PioneerVentures.io and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has furthered education in Fintech at MIT and project management with PMI.
