Michał Krawiec

Michał Krawiec has extensive work experience in software development and IT management. Michał is currently working as an Engineering Team Lead at Ocado Technology since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Delivery Manager at EY from December 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at Ocado Technology as an Engineering Team Lead from October 2020 to December 2021.

Michał also has experience working at Volvo IT, where they held multiple roles including Delivery Lead from June 2019 to October 2020, IT Architect from May 2018 to June 2019, and Software Developer from March 2017 to June 2018.

Additionally, they worked as a Software Development Engineer at Samozatrudniony from August 2010 to June 2018. Michał also worked at SMT Software as a Software Development Engineer from September 2013 to March 2017, and at Creditsafe i Sverige AB as a Software Developer from September 2013 to March 2017.

Earlier in their career, they worked at POSSIBLE as a Software Development Engineer from May 2013 to September 2013, and at Sądecka Agencja Rozwoju Regionalnego S.A. as an IT Systems Service from July 2011 to October 2012. Their first job was as a Software Engineer at ERPico from March 2008 to December 2010.

Michał Krawiec holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from DePaul University (2006-2008). Michał also has two Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees, one in Computer Networks and the other in Software Engineering, both obtained from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu (2003-2006). In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2016.
