Mirosław Wierzba

Mirosław Wierzba has a strong work experience history in various technical roles. Mirosław started their career as a software developer working as a freelancer from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined Eminus Knowledge Management as a Lead Developer from 2010 to 2012. Mirosław then moved on to Idium AS, where they held multiple roles including System Developer, Technical Architect, Head of Development, Proxy of the Board, and finally CTO Chief Technical Officer, from 2012 to 2020. During their time at Idium AS, they successfully launched a new SaaS product, acquired a significant number of B2B customers, and managed development teams. Currently, Mirosław is working at Ocado Technology as the Head Of Engineering, focusing on data intelligence, engineering, and machine learning platforms to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Mirosław Wierzba obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Jagiellonian University from 2006 to 2011. Mirosław also completed a postgraduate program in Business Psychology from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera in 2017-2018, as well as a postgraduate program in Managerial Studies from the same institution in 2016-2017. Mirosław has various additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner I, Professional Scrum Master I, and IPMA Level D (Certified Project Management Associate).
