Front Office Training Champion at O'Callaghan Collection

Mairead Cullinan has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Mairead started their career at Hilton Worldwide in 2005 as a Reception Team Leader, where they gained valuable leadership skills. In 2007, they joined O'Callaghan Hotels as a Reception Supervisor and also took on the role of Front Office Training Champion. This allowed their to further develop their skills in customer service and training. Most recently, in 2017, Mairead became the Front Office Manager at Castleknock Hotel, where they continue to utilize their expertise in managing front office operations.

Mairead Cullinan attended Holy Faith Convent Clontarf, Dublin from 1978 to 1983.
