Jay Kim is an experienced professional in research, evaluation, and web development, currently serving as the Research and Evaluation Manager at OCAPICA since May 2016. In this role, Jay has played a key part in securing funding for mental health programs, developing measurement tools to assess program success, and overseeing data collection and analysis for stakeholder reports. Previous positions include roles at Snapbrillia and Dealing with Divorce, where Jay focused on web development and UI design. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Applied Cognitive Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, as well as a Certificate in Coding from UC Irvine.
