Marc Provencher

Marc Provencher serves as the President & CEO and Chief Information Officer at OCAS since 2013, providing strategic leadership to a diverse information technology team focused on IT solutions and infrastructure development. Prior experience includes a tenure at BlackBerry from 2000 to 2013, where Marc held roles such as Director of BB Handheld Apps - Hosted SW, leading a team of 60 specialists in web services development for BlackBerry 10, and as Manager of BlackBerry Hosted Software, overseeing a technical team for systems architecture and testing. Earlier positions include Software Project Manager and Software Development Manager at MKS Inc from 1994 to 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA focused on Strategic Planning, Entrepreneurism, and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BSc in Physics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Guelph.
