Dhanajaya Wirya

Dhanajaya Wirya is a seasoned professional in the banking sector with extensive experience in performance management, data analysis, and process improvement. Currently serving as the VP of Retail Banking and Business Performance Management Head at Bank OCBC NISP since March 2016, Dhanajaya is responsible for providing key performance insights, leading management of sales leads, and enhancing data processes through automation. Prior roles include AVP of Network Performance & MIS Head at Bank OCBC NISP and Senior Manager for Sales Performance Incentive & Reward at Bank Maybank Indonesia, where Dhanajaya developed performance monitoring programs and incentive systems. Dhanajaya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from BINUS University, obtained in 2011.
