Raymond Setiawan

Raymond Setiawan is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in sales management and customer acquisition. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Bank OCBC NISP since January 2020, Raymond oversees direct sales representatives for cash loan and credit card products, managing four regional sales managers and various direct sales channels. Prior to this role, Raymond was the Mobile Sales Acquisition Head, leading direct sales teams across Indonesia. Previously at HSBC, Raymond was the Area Head for National Banking Acquisition in Jakarta, managing a large team of direct sales representatives. At DBS Bank, Raymond held the position of Regional Treasures Development Manager, overseeing a significant acquisition team outside Jakarta. Raymond began the banking career as a Regional Sales Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on priority banking customer acquisition. Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
