Albert Surovik is an accomplished ranch owner and experienced leader with a diverse background in automation, training development, and governance. As the owner of Surovik Ranch since 1985, Albert manages a 400+ acre operation specializing in crossbred cattle. For over three decades, Albert has worked with Occidental as an ORCM Automation Construction and Commissioning Leader, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through safe systems. Previously, as Automation Manager for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Albert led training program development for US Onshore assets from 2014 to 2016. In addition to corporate roles, Albert served as President of the Burleson County Appraisal District Board of Directors and the Caldwell ISD Board of Trustees, contributing to governance and educational leadership. Early career experience includes quality inspection at Westinghouse from 1985 to 1990. Albert holds educational qualifications from McLennan Community College and Texas A&M University.
