Lomar Smith

Lomar Smith has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Senior Facilities Engineer at Oxy since October 2009, where responsibilities include project management and facility engineering for the design, material procurement, and construction of oil surface production facilities. Prior to this role, Lomar served as a Captain in the US Army from May 2003 to September 2009, working as an Army Engineer Officer. Lomar holds a degree in Chemistry and Nuclear Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned between 1999 and 2003, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Webster University, obtained from 2005 to 2009.
