Peyton Chiasson

Peyton Chiasson is an accomplished professional with a strong background in human resources and workforce development. Currently serving as Workforce Development Manager for Louisiana Operations at Oxy since December 2020, Peyton has progressed through various roles including Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Coordinator at MBCC Group for a brief period after transitioning from BASF, where Peyton coordinated HR activities for 130 employees and managed significant HR projects and initiatives. With an educational foundation that includes an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a BS in Business Management from Nicholls State University, Peyton has honed skills in employee relations, organizational planning, and project management.
