Shauna Noonan is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and engineering with over two decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Oxy Fellow and Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Management Initiatives at Occidental since October 2015, Shauna has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of International and Gulf of Mexico Supply Chain Management and Director of Artificial Lift Engineering. Prior to joining Occidental, Shauna worked at ConocoPhillips from April 2004 to October 2015 in roles such as Completion Technology Manager and Wells Technology Supervisor. Shauna's career began at Chevron, where positions included Production Engineer from 1992 to 2004. Academically, Shauna holds a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta and completed the Advanced Management Program at Wharton Executive Education.
