Susan Whited

Susan Whited is an experienced Director with a strong background in professional services for individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. Currently serving as the Director at OTC Services since November 2015, responsibilities include supervising vocational programming, supported employment, adult community access centers, and residential group homes. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Professional Services and Operations Director at Bancroft from November 1993 to February 2015, where oversight of a residential living program for children, including compliance with state and federal regulations, was key. Susan holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Holy Family University and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Delaware.
