Tracy Collier

Tracy Collier is a seasoned professional in environmental toxicology with extensive experience in consulting and academia. Currently serving as a Technical Consultant at Abt Associates and Industrial Economics, Incorporated since 2018, Tracy provides expertise in assessing injuries to marine life affected by pollution. Additionally, Tracy holds an Associate position at Research Planning, Inc., and serves as Adjunct Faculty at Western Washington University. Previous roles include Delta Independent Science Board member for the Delta Stewardship Council and various positions at NOAA, contributing significantly to projects like the Deepwater Horizon Natural Resource Damage Assessment.
