Nicole Rebolledo

Nico Rebolledo serves as a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator at ARCO Design/Build since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Intake & Training Coordinator and Paraprofessional at Structured Family Interventions, LLC., as well as Undergraduate Research Assistant at Florida International University, where a qualitative research project focused on the experiences of genderqueer/transgender students garnered the Pride Center Research of The Year Award in 2021. Additional experience includes work as a Peer Career Coach at Florida International University, providing support in resume development for students, and as an Intern at YES Institute, conducting Diversity and Inclusion education workshops. Nico also has experience as a Student Assistant at Miami Dade College, showcasing strong organizational abilities. Nico holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology and a Certificate in Gender Studies from Florida International University.
