Grace Harding

Grace Harding has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Grace served as the CEO of Ocean Basket Holdings, a seafood restaurant brand with over 200 locations worldwide. In 2020, they founded The Restaurant Collective, an initiative aimed at supporting and improving the restaurant industry during the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Grace also had their own consultancy, specializing in leadership and engagement, where they worked with renowned companies such as De Beers, Standard Bank, and MTN. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at Edgars, where they managed advertising and store promotions and events.
