Victor Phillpotts

Victor Phillpotts has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Victor worked for Star Brite, a division of Ocean Bio-Chem, as the Vice President of Business Development, where they successfully built new core business platforms and generated consistent double-digit sales growth. Victor had key sales account responsibilities, including working with major distributors such as Ace Hardware, Lowes, Home Depot, and others. Prior to that, they worked as the National Sales Manager for P.F. Harris Manufacturing Company, LLC, calling on key accounts in the hardware, home center, and drug channels. Victor also had a long tenure at ZEP Commercial, where they served as a National Account Manager, National Sales Manager, and Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing accounts and executing resets. Victor's earlier experience includes working as a Fisheries Extension Agent for the Peace Corps.

Victor Phillpotts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Saginaw Valley State University from 1978 to 1982. Later on, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Management at Olivet Nazarene University, which they completed between 1989 and 1991.
