Herman Motmans

Herman Motmans has extensive work experience in the chemical industry, with a focus on material science and polyurethanes. Herman has held various senior positions at companies like Dow and Brenntag, where they were responsible for global business development, marketing, strategy, and product management. Motmans also served as a President and Member of the Executive Committee for industry associations such as International Isocyanates Institute and ISOPA. Herman'sexpertise includes strategic planning, financial management, and leadership.

Herman Motmans completed a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven in 1987. Herman then pursued a degree in Business Economics from KU Leuven in 1990-1991. In 2008-2009, they attended the Dow Leadership Academy U.S.A to study Leadership and Strategy. In 2015, they studied High Performance Leadership at IMD. Most recently, they completed the Advanced High Performance Leadership program at IMD in 2021.
