Jeffrey Heiser

Jeffrey Heiser has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served with the Ocean City Police Department since 2001, where roles have included Police Lieutenant, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Police Sergeant, Corporal, and Detective focusing on Vice/Narcotics. Prior experience includes positions as a Police Officer with the Salisbury Police Department and Rehoboth Beach Police Department. In addition to departmental duties, Jeffrey Heiser instructs Defensive Tactics at Wor-Wic Community College's Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore and a State of Maryland Police Certification from the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy. High school education was completed at Mount Hebron High School.
