Christine Healey

Christine Healey currently serves as the Executive Director of Procurement & Compliance and Adjunct Professor at Ocean County College, where Christine teaches Political Science and Supply Chain Management. In addition to their role at Ocean County College, Christine Healey has been the Director of Purchasing and Payables for the NJ Council of County Colleges since February 2020, and holds the position of Purchasing Association Chair & Lead Agent for the Joint Purchasing Consortium. Previous experience includes serving as the Purchasing Agent and Records Manager for the County of Bergen from January 2011 to March 2016, where responsibilities included developing project scopes and assisting with disaster recovery planning. Christine Healey's career began in the County Clerk's Office of Bergen, where project and implementation management were key focus areas from June 1989 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Saint Peter's College - Jersey City.
