John Protonentis

John Protonentis has extensive experience in environmental health, currently serving as the Environmental Health Coordinator at the Ocean County Health Department since 2011. Beginning in 1996 as a field Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS), John held various positions including Supervising EHS and Principal REHS before advancing to the coordinator role. Prior to this, John worked as a Small Wastewater Systems Technician at Mr. John/Russell Reid for a brief period in 1996. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Health from Stockton University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
