Scott Carter

Scott Carter has a diverse work experience in the field of emergency response and healthcare. Scott is currently working as the Ocean County EMS Coordinator - Planner for the County of Ocean, where they collaborate with the emergency response teams for planning, preparedness, and response coordination. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief of Administrative Services at the Ocean County Health Department, where they focused on emergency preparedness, planning, clinical nursing education, quality outcomes, and public outreach.
