Anna Lloveras Armengol has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Anna is currently working at Seastainable Ventures as a Scientific Director since April 2022. Anna is also Chief Science Officer and Cofounder at Ocean Ecostructures since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Anna worked as a Researcher at LEITAT Technological Center from April 2019 to August 2021. Before that, they were a Gestor de proyectos y técnico de proyectos at SUBMON from February 2018 to March 2019. Anna also worked as a Gestor de proyectos I+D+i at Creaciones Aromáticas Industriales S.A. (CARINSA) from October 2015 to May 2017. Anna has research experience at University of Barcelona from September 2014 to March 2015 and at Universidade dos Açores from September 2013 to July 2014. Lastly, Anna worked as an Asistente de investigación at Centre d'Estudis Avançats de Blanes from May 2011 to September 2012, where they focused on sponge deterrence and feeding deterrence in Hemimycale columnella.

Anna Lloveras Armengol has pursued a diverse education history, focusing on the biological sciences field. In 2009, they enrolled at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they studied and completed their Licenciatura (Bachelor's degree) in Ciencias Biológicas (Biological Sciences) in 2014, with a specialization in Biologia Animal (Animal Biology). Additionally, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona from 2013 to 2014, undertaking a Màster (Master's degree) program in Ciencies del Mar: Oceanografia i Gestió del Medi Marí (Marine Science: Oceanography and Marine Environment Management), with a focus on Biologia Marina (Marine Biology).

To expand their knowledge and skills, Anna pursued a postgraduate program in Project Management at EUNCET from 2017 to 2018.
