Mark Williams

Mark Williams joined OHT in February 2022. Mark joins from his previous role as CFO of Insect Technology Group which was a world-leading developer of sustainable protein and other products derived from insects, specifically Black Soldier Fly larvae. In his four years in that role Mark raised over US$50 million in equity and over $100m in project and holding company-level debt funding. He was responsible for the finance, IT, IP, legal and compliance functions across the Group’s eight locations around the world. Prior to that, Mark was an investment banker for UBS and Nomura, holding numerous senior positions running teams across Asia Pacific which were responsible for delivering capital markets and advisory services for corporate clients. Mark began his career with KPMG, where is qualified as a chartered accountant in Sydney.
