Megan Valeski

Megan Valeski is a seasoned health and wellness professional with extensive experience in coaching, personal training, and management. As the Owner, Coach, and Director of Operations at Mind & Body CCS since February 2021, Megan provides counseling and health coaching services. In addition, Megan serves as a Wellness Educator at OHI - Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc. while also holding a long-term role as a Personal Trainer and Manager at ACAC Fitness & Wellness Center since 2012. Previous positions include Operations Manager at CentraState Fitness & Wellness Center and Retail Associate at GNC, alongside coaching roles at Soccer Shots and Art Fitness. Megan earned a Master of Public Health in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Activity - Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
