Karen Sheehan

Karen Sheehan has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Karen started their career as an HR Manager at Pitney Bowes in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Karen then joined Ocè Technologies as the Head of Operational HR - UK & Ireland, where they worked for eight years until 2013. In 2014, Karen joined AllClear as the Head of HR and remained in that role until 2018. Currently, they are the Head of People at Ocean Holidays since 2018.

Karen Sheehan earned a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Middlesex University, as they hold an MCIPD certification.
