Christopher Eastmond is an accomplished hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager of O2 Beach Club & Spa within the Ocean Hotels Group in Barbados since July 2022. With extensive experience in hotel management and operations, Christopher's career includes leadership roles at several esteemed properties, such as Belle Mont Farm, Canouan Estate Villas & Residences, and Curtain Bluff Resort. As Company Secretary for Banana Pepper HR since 2016, Christopher has contributed significantly to the business's rebranding and expansion in creative HR consultancy and hotel operations across multiple Caribbean locations. Christopher holds an HND in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Bournemouth University and possesses a strong foundation in business from Millfield School.
