Elisa C.

Elisa C. serves as the Global Head of Design Research & Beta at Amazon Music since July 2017, where responsibilities include leadership in design research initiatives. In addition, Elisa holds the position of Sr Program Manager, Beta. Elisa contributes to academia as a guest lecturer at Harvard University Graduate School of Design and Monash University, both starting in September 2021 and February 2022, respectively. As a mentor for Ocean Impact Organisation since October 2022 and previously for Sustainable Ocean Alliance from July 2019 to June 2020, Elisa supports initiatives in ocean sustainability. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Business Program Manager at GoPro and various positions at Electronic Arts, where Elisa advanced through roles related to program management and analytics. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business/Operations Management and Decision Science from The University of Sydney Business School, along with a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Enterprise from the University of Sydney.
