Jessica Rodriguez has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, currently serving in multiple roles at Ocean Insight since July 2017, including Customer Service Specialist, Quality Assurance, RMA Coordinator, and Shipping Clerk. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Media Manager at CIF Orlando from April 2014 to July 2017 and worked as a Graphic Designer in freelance graphic design services from February 2014 to April 2014. Jessica's career began at Walmart, where a role as Department Supervisor was held from April 1999 to January 2014. Educational background includes attendance at William R. Boone High School from 1995 to 1999.
