Lawrence Taplin

Lawrence Taplin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lawrence started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Synapse Group in 1996 and worked there until 1999. In 2001, they joined Munsell Color Science Laboratory as a Color Scientist and remained with the company until 2016. Taplin then co-founded FluxData, Inc in 2006, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. Recently, in 2019, they joined Ocean Insight as the Principal Technologist and later became the Chief Technology Officer before their employment end date was specified.

Lawrence Taplin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1993 to 1996. From 1999 to 2001, they pursued a Master's Degree in Color Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology.
