Sameera Ranasinghe

Sameera Ranasinghe is a Human Resources Executive at Ocean Lanka (Pvt) Ltd since August 2023, with prior experience as an HRD Assistant at Jay Jay Mills Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd from March 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included maintaining the HRIS system and managing updates on employee statuses. Sameera began a career in HR as a Management Trainee at Sri Lanka Telecom in 2021. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business Management from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and an Executive Certificate in Employment Law from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
