Benjamin von Wong

Benjamin Von Wong is an accomplished environmental artist, activist, and speaker, with a career dedicated to translating complex data into impactful emotional experiences. Since 2012, Von Wong has led various initiatives through the company Von Wong, while also co-founding Awe Exchange in 2022, a non-profit aimed at harnessing art to inspire cultural movements. As a creative advisor for the Ocean Plastics Leadership Network, Von Wong simplifies intricate narratives surrounding the ocean plastics crisis. Additional roles include being an artist in residence at the BLK SHP Foundation, serving on the board of the Cure Sanfilippo Foundation, and previously collaborating with the Shared Mission Network. Educationally, Von Wong holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University.
