A life-long Mainer, Colin comes to ORPC with research experience in microgrids, load flow analysis, and heat pump demand response controls. A graduate of Union College in New York, Colin is contributing to ORPC’s Modular RivGen, TidGen and SHARKS projects with his electrical engineering expertise.
