David Anderson

David Anderson currently serves as the Surge LMSR Program Manager at Ocean Shipholdings Inc. since March 2018, overseeing the operational readiness of four Military Sealift Command heavy roll-on roll-off cargo ships while managing budgets and staff. Previously, David held the position of Port Engineer/Technical Superintendent at Maersk Line Limited, where responsibilities included program management for six vessels under the MSC contract and overseeing various engineering operations. David's career began as an Assistant Engineer with the Military Sealift Command, progressing through various roles including Marine Engineer and Site Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk A/S, gaining substantial expertise in marine engineering and project management. David holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Marine Technology from Newcastle University and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
