John Mannion

John Mannion has extensive work experience in various executive financial roles. John is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ocean Shipholdings Inc., overseeing finance, accounting, purchasing, and commercial development for marine operations. Prior to this, they were the CFO of Ravn Air Group, where they successfully piloted the company through Chapter 11 proceedings and achieved significant recoveries for creditors. John has also held CFO positions at Port Freeport and Kylemore Group, where they developed long-term growth strategies and provided consulting services. Additionally, they have held senior financial roles at Bristow Group Inc., Plains All American, Quanex Building Products Corporation, ExpressJet Airlines, and Continental Airlines, where they played key roles in financing, risk management, and corporate finance.

John Mannion obtained a High School Diploma from Stuyvesant High School in the years 1981 to 1984. John then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wesleyan University, studying from 1984 to 1988. Later, from 1990 to 1992, John attended the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance and Accounting.
