Alba Rosales

Alba Rosales has extensive experience in the food industry, with a particular focus on food safety and quality assurance. Alba currently holds the position of Director Global FSQA, Sensory Sciences and Analytics at Ocean Spray Cranberries. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Global Food Safety & Quality Assurance at the same company. Before joining Ocean Spray Cranberries, Rosales held various roles at Tyson Foods, including Senior Manager/Co-Founder at the Tyson Innovation Lab and Senior Manager R&D at Hillshire Farm Innovation and Aidells. Alba also has experience at Kraft Foods Group as a Senior Scientist in New Product Development and Strategic Innovation & Technology. Additionally, Rosales worked as a Quality Manager at Koch Foods, Inc. and as a Biological Scientist / Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida. Alba began their career in the food industry as a Managerial Formation Program participant at EAP Zamorano, where they gained practical experience in various aspects of food processing.

Alba Rosales completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Florida in 2007. In 2005, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Agro-Industrial Engineering from EAP Zamorano.
