Conni Claflin

Conni Claflin, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional specializing in talent development and inclusion, currently serving as the Manager of Talent and Inclusion at Ocean Spray Cranberries since December 2021. Claflin has extensive experience in learning and development, having previously held roles such as Learning & Development Manager and Global Learning and Development Specialist at Virgin Pulse, where leadership and employee engagement initiatives were a focus. Claflin’s career includes positions at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Touch Surgery, and Johnson & Wales University, contributing to training and development across various sectors. Claflin holds a Doctorate in Higher Education and Adult Learning from Walden University, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and Johnson & Wales University, respectively.
