Jo'Anna Guy-Powell Sphr

Jo'Anna Guy-Powell SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MHRM has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Plant Human Resources Manager at Ocean Spray Cranberries since July 2019, after progressing from Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist roles within the company. Additionally, Jo'Anna has been an HRCI Ambassador since July 2022, where the focus is on inspiring and mentoring professionals in pursuit of HRCI certifications. Previous experience includes a position in Human Resources at Chemtool Incorporated and leadership roles at Sherwin-Williams Paints, including General Store Manager and Assistant Operations Manager. Jo'Anna holds a Master's of Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from Illinois State University.
