Liz Hernandez

Liz Hernandez has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the consumer goods industry. Liz started their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Business Development Manager and worked there for over a decade. Following that, they joined Energizer Holdings, where they held positions such as National Account Manager for the Kroger team and Team Leader for the club channel. Liz then moved to ConAgra Foods as a National Account Manager, responsible for leading Costco's product development and strategy for their refrigerated portfolio. Liz later joined Bolthouse Farms as the National Sales Director, leading all aspects of grocery accounts in the Southwest. Most recently, Liz worked at RB as the National Manager for Costco before joining their current company, Ocean Spray Cranberries, as the Customer Lead for Costco. Throughout their career, Liz demonstrated expertise in category management, trade marketing, and strategic planning.

Liz Hernandez has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
