Nydia Weimar

Nydia Weimar is an experienced professional in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as the Head of Global Total Rewards at Ocean Spray Cranberries since January 2023 and a Member of The Conference Board since June 2024. Nydia holds a position as a Board Member at the New England Compensation Consortium since January 2022. Nydia's previous roles include Senior Director of Total Rewards and Global Mobility, Director of Global Compensation & Benefits, and Global Compensation Manager at Sensata Technologies from February 2014 to December 2022.
