Rebecca Eggers

Rebecca Eggers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rebecca is currently serving as a Principal Packaging Engineer at Ocean Spray Cranberries since February 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Hormel Foods from June 2013 to January 2019, where they held the role of Packaging Scientist. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included supporting packaging cost and sustainability initiatives, leading cross-functional product development meetings, conducting packaging abuse testing, and developing systems to improve packaging efficiencies within the organization. Rebecca also completed various internal and external training sessions during their time at Hormel Foods. Additionally, Rebecca has worked as a Sales Associate at Fleet Feet, served in multiple roles at UW-Stout IoPP Chapter including Spring Career Conference Chair, President, Vice President, and Fundraiser, and held positions as an Academic Resource Coordinator at University of Wisconsin-Stout Housing, a Structural Design Intern at Great Northern Corporation, a Copy and Print Center Associate/Office Supplies Associate at Staples, a Production Assistant at Graphic Resource Center, and an Instructional Assistant at Emerald Greens Golf Course-Futures Club.

Rebecca Eggers attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging.
