Sian Blackwell

Sian Blackwell has over 25 years of experience in the technology and business sectors, primarily with Ocean Spray Cranberries since November 1996. Currently serving as the TECH Product Partner for Research & Development Sustainability and Product, Sian is responsible for product design, support, and delivery, while driving a strategic roadmap that integrates modern technology with traditional IT practices. Previous roles at Ocean Spray include IT Manager for EDI/ECommerce, where Sian led the EDI team and managed a Data Synchronization project, earning the Ocean Spray Presidential Award of Distinction in 2015. Additionally, Sian co-chaired social media efforts for the Network of Executive Women from 2011 to 2014 and held multiple roles at Hills Department Store from 1988 to 1996. Educational credentials include a BSBA in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Nazarene College and studies at the Rhode Island School of Design.
