Kasia Mikoszewska

Kasia Mikoszewska is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Head of Engineering Operations at Ocean Technologies Group since March 2024, Mikoszewska previously held positions as Engineering Manager at Pitch and Graphy, where expertise in team management, recruitment, and collaboration with Product and Design teams was demonstrated. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at Collibra, where support for Scrum teams and Agile transformation was emphasized, and IT Project Manager/Scrum Master at Deviniti, managing international client relationships and project financials. With experience in project management from ARYZTA and early roles in brand management and education coordination at KGHM and AIESEC, respectively, Mikoszewska holds a Master's degree in Production Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
