Tiffany Borsheim

Tiffany Borsheim serves as the Head of Engineering Operations at Pager Health since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tiffany held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations at CIBO from November 2020 to May 2025, where the focus was on advancing sustainable agriculture through technology. Tiffany worked as Vice President of Technical Operations at Virgin Pulse from September 2018 to November 2020, contributing to a health and wellness SaaS platform that serves over 100 million people globally. Tiffany's earlier experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Consumer Support Operations and Director of Software Delivery at RedBrick Health, which later merged with Virgin Pulse, and as Quality Assurance Manager at MNTRA and YADA Systems, Inc. Tiffany holds a degree from St. Paul Technical College.
