Matthew B. Langford

Matthew B. Langford has extensive experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being Vice President - Legal Americas at OceanaGold Corporation. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Copper Mountain Mining Corporation, where they were responsible for legal, compliance, governance, privacy, and enterprise risk management portfolios. Matthew B. has also worked as General Counsel at Bunker Hill Mining Corp. and as Corporate Counsel & Compliance Officer at SSR Mining Inc. In the earlier stages of their career, Langford worked as an Associate at McMillan LLP, specializing in business law and capital markets, and had a brief secondment as a Legal Counsel at Bank of Montreal.
